If for any reason at all you do not wish to keep the items you receive, simply send them back to us within 30 DAYS and we will issue a full refund for those items. If you wish to exchange your item just return it and indicate your exchange requirements on the return form.  We will dispatch exchange items as soon as we have received the original items back. 

There is no need to tell us about returning items - if for any reason at all you do not want to keep the items. simply send them back to our address and we will refund the cost of the items after we receive them. Postage fees will not be refunded, unless we have made a mistake with your order, or unless otherwise agreed (e.g. when free shipping/returns offers apply). If there is a mistake with your order or the item is damaged your return postage fees will be refunded. The parcel must be returned by second class delivery.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, with labels still attached, and must not have been worn. There must be no evidence of items being worn, on clothing, cigarette odours. Wigs, Opened Hosiery and earrings cannot be returned for hygene reasons.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and you must have proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Therefore please use Royal Mail 'signed for' or equivallent.

Custom Made Items

Please note, this 100% money back guarantee does not apply to custom-made items. Custom-made items are made specifically with your own, unique measurements so it's not possible to return them unless there is a fault with them. In such cases we will rectify any problems, rather than issue a refund.
