Delivery Costs

Our standard delivery rates are calculated according to the weight of your parcel and the delivery address. Here are the starting prices for lighter weight parcels. Simply add items to your shopping cart to check the price of UK delivery. To view delivery costs outside the UK, register on our website and log in. You will then see the correct shipping charges according to your delivery address outside the UK.

Delivery Times

Our typical order processing, including footware, is same-day/ up to 7 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified on the relevant product page e.g. custom made items and fancy dress costumes).

International Express Post

We can use Royal Mail 'AIRSURE' for some countries, upon request, for an additional fee. This normally speeds up the delivery time considerably. Please note that this is only available for the following countries, which can support express postal services.

Special Delivery Requests 

We send ALL items by 'signed for' delivery. As items are signed for, we cannot follow instructions for leaving parcels with neighbours, in outside cupboards, coal bunkers, bins, sheds etc. We get a lot of these requests! 

Tracking Parcels

We can issue you with a parcel number on request, and the status of your delivery can be seen here: Royal Mail Track & Trace: track.royalmail.com. This online service will only show you that the parcel has been dispatched, and within the UK will show you when the parcel has been delivered. Further information is not available and we cannot provide further information on behalf of the postal services.

Please note that your local postal service should leave a card for you if they cannot deliver your parcel. If you do not contact the post office within 7 days to arrange re-delivery, your parcel is automatically returned to us by the post office. We can re-send your parcel but this will incur further postage costs.

We've heard that sometimes no card is left for you if your parcel can't be delivered. Therefore here's some extra information for you:
